Ncwasmende (Pty) Ltd is a South African, 100% Black youth-owned agricultural enterprise operating in a rural area of KwaZulu-Natal. The Company is a Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor, committed to sustainable commercial farming, rural economic development and food security.

We specialise in high-quality fresh vegetables and maize for both the formal and informal markets — spinach, cabbage, potatoes, beans and green mealies — with maize also produced as dry grain for maize meal milling and animal feed production.

Ncwasmende currently employs permanent staff and will expand its workforce as production increases — each productive hectare is expected to create approximately 8 full-time jobs and 4 seasonal or casual jobs during planting and harvesting periods.
